Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — many of our clients prefer to enjoy their clean home once they return. Others love to stay in while we work — whichever makes you most comfortable. If you won’t be home, we’ll simply coordinate a secure way to access your home ahead of time.
How do I give access to my home if I’m not there?
For your safety and convenience, we recommend using a lockbox with a spare key or providing a garage door code. This ensures our team can enter securely without needing to hold onto your keys. Lockboxes are affordable and widely available online or at most local hardware stores.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We arrive fully equipped with all cleaning supplies and professional-grade tools — including a vacuum. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your preference.
How does payment work?
We make payments simple and worry-free. A card is securely kept on file, and we charge at the beginning of each month for that month’s scheduled services.
For example:
- June 1st → for your June cleanings
- July 1st → for your July cleanings
You’ll always receive reminders and can update your payment details anytime through our secure client portal.
What’s not included in a standard cleaning?
Our focus is on providing a detailed, consistent clean that brings comfort and balance to your home. However, some tasks fall outside of our regular service scope. We don’t include dishes, laundry, exterior windows, porches, or carpet shampooing in our standard packages.
For safety reasons, we avoid cleaning areas that require climbing — unless you’re booked under our Premium “Thrive” Package, which includes light fixtures, fans, and interior windows that are reachable with a stepstool.
We also don’t clean ovens unless the self-cleaning cycle has been completed beforehand, as we avoid using harsh oven cleaners to protect both your home and our team.
What if my home has a lot of clutter?
No worries! We’ll always clean under and around items where possible, but we do recommend clearing counters and floors ahead of time for the most thorough and efficient clean.
Can you work around pets?
Absolutely — we love furry family members! If your pets are comfortable with strangers and the sound of a vacuum, we’re happy to clean while they’re home. If they’re a bit anxious, we recommend making arrangements for their comfort before our visit.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
It depends on your package and home size.
Refresh and Restore Packages: Usually 1 cleaner (or 2 for larger homes).
Thrive Package: 2 or more cleaners to ensure every detail sparkles.
